The following programs are offered after school at various times throughout the year. Information about each of the afterschool programs will generally be sent home two to three weeks before the program is scheduled to begin. All programs take place at St. Augustine's. There is a nominal cost for these programs that has been established by the program sponsor to pay for supplies, instructors etc. These programs are designed to supplement the academic experience but are completely voluntary.

The Mad Science program allows students to explore science in a fun and interactive way. Through weekly experiments, children learn what science is really about and the effect of it on the world around them. Each semester the program has a different theme such as "Crazy Chem Works", "Space Explorers", or "Secret Agent Lab." Generally run on Mondays for one hour, the program lasts for 8 weeks.
